The Application Access feature is available for our Fleet Management customers with the Driveri solution add-on who have enabled Single Sign On (SSO). Please refer to About the App Switcher for details on enabling SSO.
Note: Users must have Admin permissions to access the Application Access feature.
Viewing Application Access
You can view app access for all your users quickly and easily from the Application Access column in the table displayed in the Admin: Users tab of the Admin Page. The Application Access column will list the platform(s) the user can access.

Adding Application Access
You can provide a user with application access directly from the Admin: Users tab of the Admin Page.
How to Add Application Access:

- From the Actions column of the Admin: Users tab, click App access in the row corresponding to the applicable user.
- In the User application access pop-up, click the toggle under “Driveri.”
- The pop-up expands with required fields, complete the required fields:
- Driveri username: Input a username or select a pre-existing name.
If this is greyed out, the username currently auto-populating the field is the only username available to assign from the Driveri platform.
- Driveri user role: Use the drop-down to select a user role to apply to the user. If you’d like details on Driveri user roles, please see Driveri Portal User Roles.
- Driveri group: Enter any applicable Driveri group(s) for the user.
- Driveri username: Input a username or select a pre-existing name.
- Click Save and apply.
A message highlighted in red appears if the user’s account requires editing before adding application access. Please complete the applicable action(s) required.
Managing Application Access
You can easily edit and/or remove user application access from the Admin: Users tab of the Admin Page.
Editing Application Access
You can edit a user’s username, Driveri user role, and/or Driveri group.
You can edit a user’s username in the Driveri username field only if there are available usernames in the drop-down field.
How to Edit Application Access:

- From the Actions column of the Admin: Users tab, click App access in the row corresponding to the applicable user.
- Make your edits in the available fields.
- Click Save and apply.
The User application access pop-up appears.
Removing Application Access
How to Remove Application Access:

- From the Actions column of the Admin: Users tab, click App access in the row corresponding to the applicable user.
- Click the toggle under “Driveri.”
- Click Save and apply.
The User application access pop-up appears.
