Would you like to order more devices for your evolving fleet? Great! You can initiate your order directly from the Fleet Management Portal.
You must have Admin permissions to order more devices via the Fleet Management Portal.
To Initiate an Order
- Log in to the Fleet Management Portal with valid Admin user credentials.
- Navigate to the Explore page.
- Click Order More Devices.
- Enter your Business Website Domain and Business Email Address, then click Submit.
- Complete/update the following fields as needed:
- Company Name
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone
- Number of Vehicle Trackers
- Number of Asset Trackers
- Number of Dash Cameras
- Shipping Method
- Installation Type
- Shipping Address: Street Address, Address Line 2, City, State, ZIP Code
- Click Submit.
The Order More Devices page appears.
A new page appears requesting details for your order.
If the business email address you entered matches what we have on file, some of the fields on this page may be auto-populated with information from your current account.
A confirmation that your form has been submitted will appear thanking you for contacting us and stating that a Customer Success Team member will contact you within 1 business day of your submission.
