About the App Switcher

Getting Started

You can use the App Switcher from the top bar of the Tracking Application to easily access your Field Service Management application (if applicable) and vice versa.

If you do not have our Field Service Management product, the App Switcher is still shown and available but if used, takes you to a page with more information about the Field Service Management product.

Using the App Switcher

How to use the App Switcher:

  1. From the Portal, click the App Switcher button ().

    2. A drop-down menu appears.

  2. Click the application you would like to use.

    3. The selected application opens.
