MDT Tablet app updates are completed through the Updater app while the tablet is connected to Wi-Fi. The steps to connect to Wi-Fi and complete updates are listed in this article.
You can identify an MDT tablet by the serial number, which always begins with 730.
Before completing updates, make sure the driver is OFF DUTY and signed out of the ELD Complete App. Completing updates while a driver is signed in could result in the loss of log data.
