Here’s what’s new for Driveri!

Introduction to Reports Central

Reports provide the business intelligence required to manage the fleet and research high-risk events. The Reports Central page in the Netradyne Portal is a centralized location for reports that can be requested and/or subscribed in order to analyze the available data further. The following reports are available on this page:

  • All Alerts Report: Displays the fleet’s complete list of alerts for the selected duration and report configuration. View the alerts for all Driver Groups or specific Driver Groups based on the user’s access.
  • Rejected Alerts Report: Displays the list of alerts rejected by the fleet for the selected duration. View the alerts for all Driver Groups or specific Driver Groups based on the user’s access.
  • Active Vehicles Report: Displays the list of vehicles that are active at the time of generating the report.
  • Driver Status Report: Displays details about drivers active at the time of generating the report and drivers who were deactivated during the previous week. View the data of all Driver Groups or specific Driver Groups based on the user’s access.
  • Alert Conversion Report: Displays details of Alerts that have been converted to DriverStars or Neutral Events. View the data of all Driver Groups or specific Driver Groups based on the user’s access.
  • Active Devices Report: Displays details of all devices that are currently active.
  • Managed Coaching Sessions Report: Displays details about Managed Coaching Sessions for the selected duration. View information pertaining to pending and completed coaching sessions created for the drivers of all Driver Groups or specific Driver Groups based on the user’s access.

The following actions can be performed on this page:

  1. Search for reports
  2. Create report requests
  3. Download reports
  4. Subscribe to reports
  5. Manage report subscriptions

The following screenshot displays the landing page of Reports Central.

The landing page of each report displays the status of the requested report:

  • Pending: Indicates that the requested report is being prepared.
  • Download: Indicates that the requested report is ready to download.

Subscription emails are sent to the emails listed in the Notification Preferences: Distribution List (found in the Provisioning & Configurations menu).
