Motion-Based Tracking – Cellular (Battery) is Now Available!
🚀What is Launching?
We’re excited to announce a new feature for fleets using TT-600 series devices — Motion-Based Tracking is now available! This new asset-tracking plan helps you stay one step ahead by alerting you to movement, so you can respond quickly in case of theft or unauthorized activity.
The Motion-Based Tracking – Cellular (Battery) plan equips new (or existing) TT-600 series devices with motion-based tracking capabilities.
- Default settings: Devices will send location updates every 5 minutes while in motion.
- Customization: You can work with your Customer Experience (CX) or Support Representative to adjust the update frequency if you prefer longer battery life.
Additionally, users with TT-600 devices can now enable a new alert type: Low Internal Battery (TT-600).
This alert triggers when the device’s internal battery drops below 20% battery life remaining, helping you take action before the tracker goes offline. With this early warning, you can easily replace the battery in the field and maintain continuous theft and movement monitoring.
