Reports

Fuel Card Transaction Report – New Export Data

The following columns have been added to the Fuel Card Transaction Report when exported:

Transaction Time – As recorded by the Fuel Card.
Pump Time – As recorded by the fuel pump.

New Admin Report – Vehicle Recall Report

This new admin report provides vehicle recall notice information by vehicle VIN as issued by the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) as concerns your fleet vehicles.

Edit Vehicle Details – Vehicle Recall Data

A new section, Vehicle Recall Data, that lists issued recalls for a vehicle as reported from the NHSTA (by VIN) is now available on the Edit Vehicle Details page. Issued recalls may be edited from this section by dismissing or marking the recall issue as reparied.

Bug Fixes

Portal – Resolved Issues and Bugs

The following issues and/or bugs have been resolved this month:

Recall Data – Failed Connection Interpretation: If the solution is unable to connect correctly to the NHSTA recall site, the data is stored as no data result.
Tampering Alert Report – Description (Standard Only): The description for the Tampering Alert Report displaying inconsistent parentheses when selecting the report from the Report List.
Fuel Card Usage Report – Column Sort: CPG, MPG and % Idle column sorting functionality not working.
Hiearchy (Enterprise Only) – Branch Properties: Hierarchy branch properties not loading data.
DTC Alert – Email Notification: The DTC email alert is providing an additional time in the body of the alert, which is inaccurate.
Idle Alert – Undeliverable: Customer received an email stating an Idle Alert could not be delivered because the email ‘alerts@gpsinsight.com’ could not be found, or was misspelled.
Fuel Report – Repetitive Timestamps (Standard Only): History is showing some repetitive timestamps.
New Users Not Available: Two users created were unavailable to customer.
Messaging (Standard Only): After selecting a vehicle that has SMS information filled out with a valid number and SMS checked as preferred messaging type, clicking the Messages link for the vehicle’s pop-up does nothing.
Vehicle Selector – Hierarchy Labels (Enteprise Only): The Vehicle Selector is showing hierarchy path labels as vehicle groups under the drop down menu, on top of the actual hierarchy paths themselves.
Fuel Card Transactions Report – Cost column: The values in the Cost column of the Fuel Card Transaction report’s export column do not include the $ sign.
Device Registration: Unable to register one device. Error received that says “Unable to Register Vehicle – registration error: Unable to register the Vehicle – vin.”
Fuel Card Transaction Report – Export: Exported column values in incorrect order or missing.
Dwell Time Report – Attribute missing: The Dwell Time report never shows additional attribute columns despite the menu selection to add them appearing to work correctly.
Hierachy – Custom Report Group: The custom report groups creating will not save.
Service Reminders Report – Driver Visibility: Driver visibility for the Service Reminders report is not accurate. It should be restricted by user access to specific drivers, but instead all names seem to be restricted so ‘ASSIGNED’ or ” is showing.
Run Time Report – Driver Visibility: Driver visibility for the Run Time report is not accurate. It should be restricted by user access to specific drivers, but instead all names seem to be restricted so ‘ASSIGNED’ is showing.
Fuel Card Transaction API: The Fuel Card Transactions API will not allow a single day request and is not returning all transaction within the specified time frame.
Odd Hours Alert – Incorrect Triggering: Odd Hours Alerts are incorrectly triggering.
Diagnostic Report – Hierarchy Vehicle Group (Enterprise Only): Diagnostic report run on a Hierarchy vehicle group disappears when a column sort is attempted.
State Mileage Report – Fuel Consumed Inaccurate:Gallons used in the State Mileage is incorrect for more than one vehicle.
Begin/End of Day Report – Drive Time and Drive Time Percentage Column Values: When the Exclude Home Landmark option of the Begin/End of Day report is selected the values of the ‘Drive Time %’ column are at times exceeding 100%.
