Using the Vehicles and Landmarks List

The Vehicle and Landmark List allows you to filter the assets/landmarks displayed on the map.

Using the Vehicle List

The Vehicle List displays vehicles as selected by the DataSource Selector. Selected vehicles are displayed under Vehicle ID. The current status and time the vehicle has been in the status or speed (if moving) of each vehicle displays under Status/Speed. Use the sort button () to sort the list by Vehicle ID or Status/Speed. Click on the Vehicle ID to see the selected vehicle’s Vehicle Card.

Using the DataSource Selector

Quickly filter vehicles displayed on the map by hierarchy (only available to customers with Hierarchy feature enabled), vehicles, or vehicle groups.

How to use the DataSource Selector:

  1. From the Map Controls Panel, click the DataSource Selector (above the list of currently selected vehicles).
  2. To expand the Map Controls Panel, click the Expand button ().

    The DataSource Selector appears.

  3. Click on the DataSource category from which you would like to select (Options: Hierarchies (for customers with Hierarchy feature), Vehicles, Vehicle Groups).
  4. The DataSource Selector displays the Group list included in the selected category.

  5. Make your selection from the Group list sub-category.
  6. You may need to scroll down in the Group list.

    The DataSource Selector expands to display assets contained within the selected sub-category. Pill label(s) appear toward the bottom of the DataSource Selector to show your selections.

    You may have more sub-categories to choose from depending on your Group list.

  7. Click Select.
  8. The Map and Vehicle List are updated to display assets within your DataSource selection.

Using the Landmark List

The Landmark List displays all created landmarks by landmark group/user creator. You can click on a landmark group to view and interact with individual landmarks.

How to use the Landmark List:

  1. From the Map Controls Panel, click the Landmarks List (left of DataSource Selector).
  2. To expand the Map Controls Panel, click the Expand button ().

    The Landmarks Group list appears displaying landmarks by group/user who created the landmark(s).

  3. Click on the landmark group you would like to view.
  4. A list of individual landmarks within the selected group appears.

  5. Click on the desired landmark to open the Landmark Card.
  6. The Landmark Card displays. From the Landmark Card, you may view or copy the landmark’s coordinates, view the landmark in Google Maps in a separate browser tab, edit the landmark, or send a dispatch to the landmark.

  7. To exit the landmark, click the X on the right-side of the landmark name.
